Projecting 30 home runs for Jose Altuve in his 33-year-old season (May) seems at once like a stretch and a realistic number, given his last three full season totals of 31, 31 and 28.

That’s countered with lower batting average, OBP and slugging numbers than Altuve reached in 2022.

That said, not many lead-off batters are going to give you 66 extra-base hits, including 30 home runs.
