“I’m not feeling 4 miles today.”

That’s what I told my wife right before I left to walk 4.2 miles this morning on my way to hitting a quarter of a million steps 40 days into my walk.

It was in the 60s when I left. Overcast. Good walking weather and a good pace to start got me there.

I just passed County Road 423 outside of Lometa.
